By using our website, app, or any of our services, you will automatically be considered to have accepted these terms. Detailed Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Registration
To open an account on the 1xb platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors under the laws of Bangladesh. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information and update it immediately if anything changes. 1xb reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false or incomplete information at any time. Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts may result in both accounts being closed.
2. Account Management
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login information completely confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account, and accounts operated through a third party will be terminated. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. 1xb will never ask for your password via email or phone; be cautious if you receive such a request. For account security, it is advisable to change your password regularly and use a strong password.
3. Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activities on the 1xb platform are conducted in accordance with established rules. Separate rules apply to each game, which are detailed in the game lobby. 1xb shall not be held liable if a game is interrupted due to technical errors, network issues, or any other reason, and in such cases the platform's decision shall be considered final. Using any form of fraud, automated bots, or software to play games is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, the account will be permanently suspended. 4. Payments & Withdrawals
All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and applicable conversion rates will apply where relevant. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set and can be viewed on the relevant payment page. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process; additional time may be required if special verification is needed. 1xb reserves the right to hold large withdrawals until account verification (KYC) is completed. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, transactions may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
5. Responsible Gaming
1xb believes that gaming is for enjoyment, not addiction. We advise all users to play within their means and never place bets beyond their financial capacity. If you feel that gaming is affecting your personal or family life, take a break immediately and seek professional help if needed. 6. Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. On the other hand, 1xb reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, misuse, or any other significant reason. The balance of a terminated account will be settled according to established rules; however, it may be forfeited in cases involving prohibited activities. 7. Changes to Terms
1xb reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email or posted on the platform.
